How do I place an order?

To place orders at Inkzoo.com follow these instructions:

  1. Click on Place an Order button for the design service you require to access the Order Detail form
  2. Enter the information on the Order Detail form
  3. Attach any files that may be required for designing your order
  4. Click Add to Cart and your project will be added to the Shopping Cart
  5. If you require more design services, click New Order
  6. If you wish to continue with only one design project, click Check Out
  7. If you are visiting us for the first time, provide your contact information. If you are a regular customer of Inkzoo, please log in
  8. Enter the payment information on the payment page and submit

What information do you require in order to process my order?

We have a simple order entry form that will ask you for specific pieces of information based on the product that you are ordering. For most products, we will need you to specify the number of versions, size and copy. If you have any specific design ideas or preferences, you can also specify that in the creative brief section. You can also send us files containing logos, images or photos that you want us to use in your project.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can use our website to track the status of your order. Simply log on to Inkzoo.com and access your orders by clicking on the Orders button. This will show you a list of all your orders and their status. We will also send e-mail updates to you when an order submitted by you is ready for you to download.

How do I know when my order is complete?

We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order is complete and is ready for your review. You can click on the link provided in the e-mail or visit Inkzoo.com. Log in to your account to access your orders and associated files.

How do I review the completed order?

Once you log on to Inkzoo.com you can access your orders and review the design projects by downloading them. After you review the project, you can send your feedback as comments.

How much does it cost to have a project designed?

The cost of the project depends on the type of design service. The price may change depending on other options that you select. The price of the project is calculated and displayed on the Order Detail page as you are entering the order information. You will know the exact price of the service before you submit the order.

How long will it take to complete my order?

All orders* will be delivered in 48 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays). Place your order before 6pm your local time and we will deliver it to you by the second business day by 9am.

* Websites and projects of complex nature would be delivered based on the complexity of work involved. Delivery time would be communicated to you after studying the project scope.

How do I make changes to an order that you have delivered?

You can submit all changes through our website by clicking on the Revise link. Provide the changes that you would like on the revision form and submit the changes to us.

Why do I need to register to use the services?

This would enable us to track your orders and communicate with you when the order is complete. Additionally, we want to be able to provide you with an ability to log in and track your design order yourself.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you haven't completed the Check Out process, you may cancel it. Design orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been submitted. To ensure a quicker turnaround of the projects, the orders are processed as soon as they are submitted and would not be possible to cancel it.
